IDEF Conveyor Dryer is widely used for drying crates, bins, trays, poultry crats, and small pallets. The whole machine consists of SS304, and it adopts the combined and removable assembly module in several parts.
Crates/Trays are uniformly fed on the conveyor. The conveyor belt is moved inside the dryer, and the dryer consists of several separate drying sections. Hot air circulated separately in each section. Part of the moist air will be exhausted by an exhausting fan. Hot air infiltrates the belt from top to bottom or from bottom to top, and this will complete the heat and mass transfer process. The moving speed of the belt is adjustable. The top and bottom circulation units can be freely equipped according to the customer's requirements.
